Young activity loft

The Youth Activity Lofts, or YAL houses, are an energy and cost efficient housing project made for a developer in Berlin. All houses have a similar ground floor, while the first floor or loft can be arranged in multiple variations ranging from a single-room unit to three bedrooms with an extra bathroom. Thereby the YAL houses fit both singles, students and families.
